  • Nothing. Signing up is free. You only pay when you accept a job lead.

  • We keep things simple: we charge a fixed fee per lead (e.g. £25) or a set commission per completed job. The exact model depends on the service and location, and we’ll confirm before you start.

  • Payments are made directly into your bank account, usually within 3–5 working days after you complete the job and upload the certificate.

  • Yes. You’ll receive offers for jobs in your coverage area. You decide which to accept.

  • Yes. We only work with fully certified and insured professionals (e.g. Gas Safe, DEA, NICEIC). You’ll need to provide your registration details during sign-up.
